ParkTree receives the Community Health Investment Fund (CHIF) Robert E. Tranquada, Safety Net Initiative XIII grant for Pomona Community Health Center dba ParkTree Community Health Center in the amount of $150,000. This grant will support the recruitment, hire, and/or retention of frontline non-licensed staff according to your proposed intervention.
This project is funded in part by L.A. Care Health Plan and will benefit low-income and uninsured residents of Los Angeles County.
CONSTRUCTION on HOLT AVENUE Between Garey Avenue and Mills Avenue until February 2024. To our patients coming for care at our Holt Avenue medical or dental facility be aware of the construction being performed on the street.
