Women’s Health and Pregnancy Care

ParkTree Community Health Center is the medical home for all of your women’s health care needs. From routine cancer screening (cervical and breast) to providing screening for sexually transmitted disease, ParkTree provides confidential and respectful services to women of all ages.

Services include:

  • Well woman examinations
  • Contraception including: Nexplanon, Intrauterine devices (IUD), DepoProvera, Hormonal Contraception (Pills, Patches, Ring), Barrier Methods (condoms, diaphragms)
  • Screening for sexually transmitted diseases, treatment for yeast infections, chlamydia, warts, and urinary tract infections
  • Menopause care including hormonal replacement therapy
  • Mammograms

Prenatal Care

CONGRATULATIONS! You’re having a baby. Parktree Community Health Center is here to help you have a healthy pregnancy and baby. We provide high quality prenatal care, and offer a support system of services for your emotional, social and nutritional health. Take our classes where you’ll learn what to expect when your’re pregnant, birthing options, the benefits of breastfeeding, how to care for your newborn, and much more!

  • Pre-Pregnancy Planning
  • Pregnancy testing
  • Newborn Care and Breastfeeding Support
  • Women, Infant and Children (WIC) Referrals
  • Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP)

To our patients coming for care at our Holt Avenue medical or dental facility be aware of the construction being performed on the street. Allow for extra time to travel to the health center so you can arrive on time for your appointment. And always remember to be safe when traveling (walking, car, bus). Thank you.
