ParkTree is grateful to be a grantee of L.A. Care Health Plan’s Oral Health Initiative XIII. This funding will allow ParkTree to expand its oral health program to thousands of people in our community. Adding an additional dental team is made possible and is “funded in part by L.A. Care Health Plan and will benefit low-income and uninsured residents of Los Angeles County.”

To our patients coming for care at our Holt Avenue medical or dental facility be aware of the construction being performed on the street.
